This is the greatest job in the world and I love it. There is always new things to learn and fascinating people to meet ! My style is classical but I love to play around with different flavours and techniques to develop new concepts, adaptions and work to reach goals, and of course - to make The Most AMAZING Drinks. After coming back to the industry I have been working in highvolume summer destination, beer pub with local microbreweries and wide selection, four star hotel, winter skiresort and high end skybar. I equally enjoy receiving massive traffic / demand as I do discussing ginproduction over rolling a negroni, because I'm nerdly passionate about drinks and alcohol. I am looking for a more permanent home to setlle down some roots and dedication to but until then I am fine just seasoning away growing my experience.
