Hello, I'm Renee.
I’m a friendly Mexican bartender who loves traveling and is passionate about cocktails and tequila. I’ve been in the industry for a few years, I love meeting new people and I’m always up for a challenge.
I’ve been working in the industry for 6 years, I started waiting tables on a beach town and fell in love with bartending shortly after and been loving it more with each passing year, I made my way to the bar through hard and honest work but mostly by being passionate about it, I went back to the city and had the pleasure of working at one of the most famous and iconic bars in México City, working there improved my ability to handle problems and give them a solution that pleases both costumer and employer, through bartending I’ve been fortunate enough to travel to some places outside my country and I would love to keep on finding new spots and learning new tricks from all over the world while meeting incredible people, being behind the bar has taught me the importance of team work and has given me the ability to focus under pressure while having a great time at the same time, I love seeing the smile on peoples faces when they sit in front of my station and have a chat with me while I make their drinks, after a while I went back to the beach and became a maitre, this experience was particularly unique as it taught me how to handle not only customers but staff as well, the most important highlight of this job for me was realizing my true passion lies behind the bar, which is what got me into taking the EBS course as throughout my time in the industry I’ve learned that bartending always has something new to offer and there is always something new to learn, I love sharing my experience with other bartenders and helping them whenever I can. Bartending has truly been a life changing experience and I can’t wait to see what the future holds for me in this amazing career.
