

Hello, I'm Nicolas.
Communicative, creative, crazy EBS Graduate on the Mission to work his way into the team of a top Cocktail bar in Barcelona.
Hosting, entertaining, communicating and indulging peoples sences are four aspects of bartending that i am very passionate about. They drove me to the descision to choose this profession. I started working in the hospitality industry at the age of 16, where i was taught what 'work' actually means. Now i have come to barcelona with a one way ticket and and the drive to become a top bartender. With my EBS Diplomas and the will to work hard, grow and prosper I believe I have a solid foundation for future employers to build on. With my 'bavarican' backround i am a native speaker in both german (with or without crazy bavarian accent) and english. I am improving my spanish at the moment and my goals for this season are: 1. to become a part of a great crew in a Cocktail bar 2. to learn and spanish fluently while working my way up to the main bar. I am devoted to help achieve the goals of those who help me achieve mine.
