I had the chance to work in different kinds of bars: where I had the opportunity to develop the experience that I bring to my profession and professionalism today.I love the fact that my job is constantly evolving and that every performer of the profession can contribute to it. And I'm very interested in sharing this fascinating world with colleagues and especially with the guests at my bar counter.
