Hello, I`m Nora. I´m a cheerful, lively young girl from Italy, and I`m looking to get more experience as a bartender.

During my last job as a waitress in a hotel, I was given the opportunity to work as a bartender in the hotel bar twice a week. The experience made me decide that this was the kind of work I really wanted to do so I did a four- week bartending course at the EBS in Dublin. The two sommelier courses I have attended could also be useful qualifications for this field of work. Most of my work experience has been as a waitress but during my last job I was given responsibility for an area of a hotel restaurant, where I had to supervise the work of commis waiters.
