Hello, I'm Susanne.
I am a positive and fun loving person in search for new adventures and challenges. I'm reliable, hardworking with great customer service skills and always interested to learn new things
I have plenty of experience within the hospitality and tourism industry. This has given me a high sense of customer service. Due to working and living in various countries I have a lot of experience of working with people from different cultures both as customers and colleagues. I have work in different kind of places such as café, bars, pubs and high end restaurants and am familiar with the work of both back and front of house. Due to both my work experience and the EBS course I have knowledge of wine, beer, spirits. I have worked with a few different POS systems as well as with fore example coffee machines. So far my main jobs have been as a waitress but I have also spent plenty of time behind the bar. I often been responsible for opening and closing the venues I worked in. I am use to take a lot of responsibility and I am very adaptable. I have no trouble working independently but also work very well with others. I fully believe that in any work place it is important to support each other and help out where you can.
