Bartending/serving has learned me responsibility, costumer service and overview in stressed situations. I have only lived and worked in Denmark and I am now ready to explore the the world. I worked at a restaurant in Skagen for 4 years, where the summers are extremely busy, so I know how to calm unhappy guests, handle misunderstandings and make sure that people leave with a smile on their face, while still keeping up with the rests of the guests. I know how to work behind a bar, but my stay at EBS Miami have improved my skills and made me a better "showman" behind the bar.
