Hello, I'm roberto.
I'm Roberto, I came from Naples, the city of sun, sea and the love of the people. All of this I put in my cocktail, so all the people can enjoy the flavour of my land.
I started my bar experience in Naples when I was 20. There I discovered my love for this job. Years after years I improved my skills, first in Rome with ebs course, then in the Capri's island where started my love with Gin, and finally in Manchester. Now I am in Manchester where I started as bartender and currently I am working as trainee assistant manager.
