I have been working with service and dealing with different kinds of people in all of my previously jobs and I just love it. I have been working as a breakfast hostess, which tought me so much about being organized and taking resposibility as I most of the times worked all by myself. I studied Hotel and Tourism for 3 years which includesd a lot of internships and courses in service and how to handle all types of people in all types of situations. I had an internship for 3 months at Hilton Malta, which tought me incredibly much about being independent and hardworking. I also got to developed my english on a completely different level. At my recent job I learned how to handle unsatisfied customers and what to do to make them leave with a smile on their faces, as i worked in a luggage and handbag store.
