Friendly 24 year old bartender with over 5 years experience. Have worked in a variety of venues including busy live music bars, a gin distillery, and breweries. Have cocktail and manager experience. Looking to travel and enhance my skills!
Most recently I have been working at the MerryWell, a well-known pub attached to the Crown Casino located in Perth, Western Australia. The pub has a high standard of service and has greatly enhanced my cocktail knowledge and experience. Alongside this, I have also been working at LongNeck Brewery. The brewery has given me the opportunity to enhance my beer knowledge, as well as my coffee making skills as it has a more daytime crowd. Prior to working in Perth, I also gained experience working remotely at Matsos Broome Brewery. This was a very fast past Brewery as it was a located in the popular holiday town of Broome. Here I learnt to work quickly under pressure, with cocktails, beer, and live music.Whilst at the brewery I also worked at Moontide Gin Distillery where I educated visitors on the products and delivered tastings alongside mixing drinks and food service. I also worked remotely at an eco-retreat in the Karijini National Park. Here I worked as an all rounder, gaining experience in restaurant work, bartending, housekeeping, and reception.
