Discipline and teamwork have been huge parts of my life over the past 8 years, I started out in the cadets, which lead to many opportunities to be part of a team as well as a team leader, not to mention my numerous sports teams, having studied physical activity for a short time in college and then in university, I have subsequently played a multitude of team sports at a competitive level, including rugby, hockey, and lacrosse. My passion for bartending started a couple of years ago, I helped set up an irish bar/restaurant in the south of spain, where I worked 7 days a week through their first season, I then moved on to work in a night club in the UK for a year before realizing I loved working in the bar environment, but was bored with just pouring singles, so I delved into cocktails.
