5 years ago I would work in communication and event, a wonderful field for me, I had lots of experiences in this kind of job, but, my favorit was in 2014 in Paris. The business "Afterwork à Paris", it's a compagny that organize parties on Thursday night for private and public customer in the biggest Parisian nightclub. It was for me an amazing experience. I learnt so much and thanks about that I know exactly how we can organize a perfect party. Cool no ? But because there is a but ... I started to work in a nightclub and some extra jobs in a bar during the week end and after started to travelling the world and found so many jobs in hospitality. The best one, "Tea Gardens" in Bondi Beach close to Sydney a fabulous Irish Pub, it was so fantastic, I was sure I found my way. Spent my time at work to knew new people and tried to keep them smiling. I know stay standing behind a bar during 10 hours it's not easy and very tiresome but I love that. The training at EBS Paris proved me it's what I want to do. You want to know why ? Yes me too I want to know ... It's just my favorite place !
