Hospitality professional with a passion for classic cocktails



I am a hospitality professional who is always looking to improve . My first job in hospitality was at Haven Hotel , Sandbanks as bartender / barista. Due to my efficiency , hard work and proactivity I've been handed the responsibilities to the outdoor pool bar and I've also been put in charge of the private events. To take my career one step further , after 2 years , I start working at Beaverbrook Country Estate as a bartender in the Garden House . After 3 months at the Garden House I get promoted as a Senior Cocktail Bartender at the Parrot bar ( now Sir Frank's bar ) . After learning lots of things about how to operate a high end bar I am moving to London and i start working for Corbin & King at Fischer's ,from wich I'm being transferred within the company to help with the new opening at Soutine . Because I'm always looking to improve and to discover more about hospitality I took the position at Folie, a modern brasserie in Mayfair , where I have been working closely with the Head of drinks manager to make one of the most exciting places in London. In these 4 years while working at all these places , besides the vast knowledge about cocktails , wines and food , I realized there are other qualities I acquired that are more important when it comes to being a good bartender ( composure, listening skills , adaptability , multitasking , awareness, etc)
