Worth far more than the volume of liquid it holds or the money it costs, an alcoholic drink is pure adult alchemy. This passion along with my love for challenges and the lively nature of the job drives my work ethic.
My most recent amazing experience was gaining my International Bartender Qualification from the world renowned European Bartender School in Austria. The experience was incredible - living in a beautiful location socialising with people from across the world, and learning more about what I love left little to be desired! I finished the course with 89%, passing all areas of the course (flair, free pour, theory and recipes). I have also lived abroad in Rome and Dublin; I love to travel! I have worked in bars before so have bartending experience that stretches from cocktail bartending to bar backing to pulling pints. Besides this I have had some other incredible work experiences, for example this summer I camped and travelled around music festivals and events for three months with a catering company. I learnt how to work long hours often in difficult conditions and I loved every minute! I have also worked on film sets and have a passion for film making!
