Never worked in a bar. I worked in customer service in a supermarket, which tought me how to communicate with all kinds of people in a friendly and attentive manner. I did volunteer cooking for big groups, which is a great exercise to manage stressful situations always with a smile. I believe in working hard to achieve the best result possible, but I think that a good spirit and a good mood matters nearly as much as the result itself.
