Hello, I'm Greg.

I feel very strongly in the belief that you should treat everyone how you would expect to be treated. I enjoy meeting people from all walks of life and I think the bar is one of the best places to do that!

I would describe myself as hardworking, professional and honest. I have the opinion 'if a job is worth doing it is worth doing well'. I spent 3 years working in a medical centre in Germany supporting the forces community dealing directly with patients' i believe the care and attention i had to pay to the patients is directly transferable to guests in the barenvironment, I experienced this when i travelled to cyprus for 5 months in 2017 where i worked in a high capacity cocktail bar. This is where i got my first taste for being a bartender. The experience of working in a bar team of 7 bartenders was one thing enjoyed the most as you very much are a team, I really enjoyed my time in Cyprus not only for opening my eyes to bar tending. After i completed the EBS course i was very happy but couldn't wait to get started and that shows the kind of person i am, that i'm motivated and willing to work hard to improve.
