I've been in Dublin two years (2018-2020) working in high venue cocktail bars, such as The Grayson as head bartender, then went back home for the pandemic and been working in 5 star Luxury hotel (hotel villa Franca , Positano, Sa) as head bartender and on a private island as private bartender (Li Galli island, Positano, Sa). After that I was asked to work in the Hilton Sorrento palace (same owner of the private island) to help the team to improve on modern mixology and cocktail service At the end of the year, I’ve moved again to Dublin. When I came back in Dublin I worked as Assistant bar manager/head bartender in a French bistro, where I started learning about the cash handling procedures and team leadership. From that I had the opportunity to run my own cocktail bar in a Vietnamese restaurant, withe same ownership where I made my team and my cocktail menu. During my time we reached the nomination to the Irish restaurant award as best cocktail experience and also as new comer Currently I’m looking for a new challenge in one of the top places in the world where daily I can improve my knowledge and keep learning and measure myself with the bests of the industry. I have studied in Dublin and in New York with the EBS (European bartender school) , I have either basic and professional courses till the instructor academy, good experience with cocktail, coffee, wines, beers, communication and team leader but also team member
