Outgoing, experienced traditional Irish bar bartender who thrives in busy environments, looking to gain and develop the same experience in cocktail bartending.

2+ years working in a busy Irish bar which has one of the best beer Gardens in the country that includes a big screen which attracted enormous crowds for large sporting events. Was considered a senior staff member after a year. Was given responsibilities such as training in new staff, getting change for the cash register from the bar safes and general duties when a manager or supervisor wasn't present. I believe my self-confidence, work ethic and willingness to take on resposibility makes me a perfect candidate to work in any bar.
