Hard Work
Simon

Hello, I'm Simon.

Hilarious, outgoing bartender from Sweden with a passion for food and drinks, but I realised a long time ago that my boulevardiers are way better than my bouillabaisse.

As recent graduate from one of Europe’s premier bartending school(s) with a couple of months of work experience, I’m very eager to continue my professional development. I graduated top of my class and found it incredibly interesting to dig deeper into restaurant business and learn everything i can, but mainly I loved to learn how to mix tasty cocktails. I’ve always had a strong interest in food and drinks, but realised a long time ago that my boulevardiers are way better than my bouillabaisse. It was partly this passion that got me interested in a career as a bartender, but also my desire to work with people. I’ve spent much of my working life in sales, and I love interacting with people and trying to solve customers’ problem. I felt that a career in hospitality would allow me to combine my interest in food and drinks with that in people, while at the same time would allow me to follow my passion for travelling. In the two months since graduating from SCHOOL I’ve worked at a small but busy bar in central Stockholm, primarily as a bartender. Although I’m eager to do more of the latter and continue to develop my skills. Because most of all, I’m just very exciting to get working.
