I was born in the world of bars and restaurants, my parents taught me this job and made me practice and learn as an internship in their different institutions but I did not want to do the same work as them and work in their business, it was too easy, so I left my country, Morocco, for art studies and I always wanted to pay for my life and my studies and make my own experience so I found a job in a restaurant in Paris, I started as a waitress and after I was promoted to chief bartender and in less than a year I was appointed manager. After more than a year i found a job more close of my home so i restarted from waitress to manager again, after that i wanted to deepen my knowledge in bartending so in addition to my work I started EBS, now I stopped my old job to acquire more personal and professional experience in other institutions who can bring me new knowledge and to whom I could contribute.
