Hello, I'm Denis.
I'm a friendly and willing bar managefrom Como. I've an enthusiastic,dynamic and curious soul that makes me search for new challenges and makes me love to be out on test. Smartness,class and kindness are the mainly point of my working life.
I've been working in a cocktail bar for one year in Como (IT) and I had the possibility to learn a lot of things about the exciting and sparkling world of bartending. I had the occasion to test all the techniques about the process of cocktail preparation and I have improved and sharpened them by attending the EBS cours in Paris. I’ve been working for Hard Rock Cafe in Paris for 2 years, than I started my adventure with club Med, working as a bartender for a 5 star club in Cefalù. Currently after 6 season I'm covering the position of Bar Manager in Val d'sere.
