Reliable, creative and service minded bartender with a taste for good rum and rum based cocktails
I started bartending as a hobby at the age of 17. Soon I started to bartend at parties and smaller events for my friends and family, and I soon developed a deep seated love and passion for the art of bartending. The next step was naturally a bartending course, which I attended in October 2017 at the EBS Oslo. During the 4 weeks of the course, my bartending skills and my passion for the art drastically increased. Ever since then I have worked in various venues across several countries, including Wales, Denmark and Germany. Through this I have gained experience not only in the preparation of drinks, but all other aspects of customer service, as well as stock management and creation of cocktails and drinks-menus. I strive to always maintain the highest possible level of quality in both the drinks I produce, as well as the service I give every single guest. Staying calm, focused and customer oriented, even under pressure, comes naturally to me. I would describe myself as a team player, who values clear and respectful communication, but I'm also capable of working effectively by myself. My main focus is always to ensure that guests have a good time and go home happily.
