Hello, I'm a Italian born in Brazil, I'm an energetic, up-beat, hard-working person. I have some experience in kitchens and looking for a broader experience in the cocktail world and in hospitality.
Stock control and Ordering equipment/ingredients are a vital part of any stablishment that prepares anything for comsumption, which i learned at one of the busiest places. A clean workspace is not only more hygienic but also safer to work in and on top of which also sends a important message to the costumers, with kitchen experience, FIFO and "Clean as you go" are very natural on my work. And possibly the most important thing that i've learned on the hospitality job would be: Team work. Im a natural team person and always aim to make everyone's work as fluid and easy as possible, without sacrificing a fantastic service for the costumer.
