Smiling, dynamic and organised, I enjoy to find flavours that feat guests' feelings and expectations. Curious, rigorous and creative, I love to meet people and to share with them about taste, mixology and any kind of beverage or subject .
I learn everyday more and more while working in bars and hotels. I worked in European countries as a bartender such as England and Spain. Thus, I got the opportunity know different cultures and ways to work in a bar. I am currently working at the bar of a 4* Hotel in Paris until March 2018; a succesful experience for my future career in the hospitality industry.
