Hello, I'm Dennis.
I am a mixologist, who is passionated about the bartending industry and everything around it. My extroverted character in combination with my communucation skills help me to tie good relations to my costumers and co-workers.
Bartending is not only about making delicious cocktails. It is about interacting with people, giving them a good and comfortable feeling during their stay. Apart from being a passionated bartender, like all the other EBS graduates, I have outstanding communication skills to offer. I speak the languages russian, german, english and french fluently. My outgoing and extroverted personality helps me to tie good relation to both, costumers and co-workers. I already worked in several high class, fast paced bars as you can see on my C.V. That's why I know the rules of the bartending industry like being on time is 15 minutes earlier, clean as you go and of course, always work the fast and best you can. I have a good knowledge about wine and spirits due to reading a lot of books about it and of course because of my time with EBS. This knowledge enables me to give good wine proposals to the costumers.
