A multi-skilled person Bartender from Spain, ambitious, very friendly, creative and very passionate of all this Bartending world, with a proven ability to react in areas that require immediate attention.

I love travelling and because of that I discovered all this awesome bartending world. The first place where I found out that I love it was in Rowsley (The first place where I could find job with not even speaking english at all) working as a KP. Everyday I saw the Barman/Bartender in there making some cocktails and I was like "Wow" I like it, then I started looking some bartender courses until I found the 4 weeks international course in EBS and I thought yes, this is my course but I needed to improve quite a lot my english. Then after 7 months my english was much better but still not enough so I decided to change work and maybe in London I would have more opportunities. I moved to London and I started working in "Ronnie's Scott Jazz Club" as a Runner but sometimes I was working behind the bar as well as a Barback. This work allowed me get some experience behind the bar and after almost 1 year working there was when I thought that my english was good enough to do the 4 weeks EBS course so I went to get it. Now after 4 amazings weeks of my life making the EBS course I could graduate (very difficult course) and I'm here seeking to continually broaden knowledge in this world of hospitality.
