I have worked in a superior 5 star hotel so excellent customer service is nothing new to me. (Dukes Palace hotel in Bruges) I have also been a floor manager for a part of thé restaurant (40 seats) which I did solely on my own for two shifts per evening. So perfect customer service and used to high pressure environments. I speak English on a Daily basis so it's almost as good as my mother language.
