As a waiter I always enjoy it the most when preparing food like beef tartar at the guests table. It is this kind of liaison of preparing and serving. Since I know more about creating, shaking and serving cocktails now, the bar became playing an important role in my journey trough life. When I was in the position of the Restaurant Manager in a five star hotel in Austria this winter, my cocktail knowledge was a big advantage for everybody even if I kept the EBS-Cocktail-Recepies always within touching distance.
