Hi there! Quick introduction: Young guy from Denmark trying to explore the world a bit whilst enjoying shaking up some beautiful cocktails! You will always see me with a big smile behind the bar!
After completing the EBS course in Sydney I worked as as waiter while bartending at a local bar in weekends for about a year and half. During this time my interest in the hospitality business only grew. In 2019 I moved to London to bartend at the CloudM cocktail bar at the CitizenM Tower Of London Hotel. At CloudM I got a lot of bartending training and a chance to really develop my skills behind the bar. After returning to Denmark due to the Covid pandemic I was offered a position as a Venue Manager at a bar/club which I had for 3,5 years. During this time I learned a lot about leadership, training my team. I had full responsibility at the venue handling everything from staff to venue maintenance. Ever since doing the EBS course I have been bartending private parties such as weedings and birthday parties.
