About myself and my experiences: I come from a small village in Lower Austria. Nearby I attended a 3 year tourism school. It wasn't always clear to me where I was headed professionally - but what I knew if it was gastronomy then it would be the bar scene. After 9 years in different bars, training courses and places like hotel bar, pub or gin bar (Stollen 1930) I can say I am ready to travel to another country to pursue my passion.
