Hello, I'm Karolis.

I am an outgoing, responsible, hard-working person who can work under pressure and in stressful situations. My good communication skills allow me to adapt myself without much effort to unseen problems and new environments.

Although I lack experience in bartending, my other jobs have included me working with customers, making decisions, handling money and understanding the importance of teamwork. I have had a lot of experience in laboratory work which in my opinion has a lot of transferable skills to working behind a bar where you need to be quick and coolheaded, accurate and make rational decisions. My international background also allows me to be aware of different cultures and helps find common ground with people very easily
