My name is Su. And I always have a sunshine smile when greeting all of guess, till to the farewell moment, probably patrons will memorialize every moment matter which delivering to themself during the vacation.
From 2006 to 2012, I was a student of University of Technology in Da Nang city, Department of Chemistry. After graduated, I still didn't have any definition about hospitality industry, and i owned my coffee shop in my apartment, Lam Quang Thu Street, Lien Chieu District, Da Nang City. From 2013 to 2014, i went travelling around Viet Nam and some countries into Southeastern Asia. And i decided that i would work in hospitality industry, it is my passion. From January 2014 to February 2016 I had experienced in receptionist position in Victoria Resort and Spa, Xuan Vien Street, Sapa town, Lao Cai Province. After a year, i had got promoted to Front office supervisor. My responsibilities included observe and support check-in and check-out procedure, handling every kind of request and complaint of guests. From March 2016 to March 2017, to discover new destination, and change the environment, try more challenge, and the skill of resolving the issues, i becomed the tour guide and tour operator of Red River Tour company on Phu Quoc Island, Kien Giang Province . The major tasks are the escorting foreign traveller for discovering this paradise island, and arranging the schedule for driver and tour guide. From August 2017 to July 2018, it was a huge innovation when i had got an opportunity for joining to J.W Marriott Emerald Bay Resort and Spa, located in Khem Beach, An Thoi ward, Phu Quoc Island in supervisor bartender position. Because i want to come back front office, I had resigned. Right now, I'm coming home for visitting my family and waiting for a new opportunity. Absolutely, my ambition meaning is the acception for joining a huge team can be made every moment matter for customer. Beside that, i want to motivate colleague to improve skills and create an effective working team, finally increase revenue for investor, be promoting for the brand of the company also. I possesses the possitive attitude in all bad situations and high pressure. I'm familiar with Property Management System including Opera and Smile.
