A bright, highly motivated and hardworking individual with a friendly personality and the ability to work as part of a team. Focussed on ensuring customer satisfaction and a passion for bartending.

I am extremely motivated and enthusiastic to work and improve my skills behind the bar. I have worked behind the bar at 2 English festivals, Wilderness and Global Gathering both as a bar back and bartender at some very busy bars. I was tasked with preparing and serving beers and simple cocktails as well as managing tills and helping maintain stock behind the bar. I have been a member of the British Army University Officer Training Corps (UOTC) for 4 years. This has massively developed my skills in all areas, most notably my leadership, communication, social skills and team work skills as well as boosting my confidence. The large range of skills I gained from this experience include many that are relevant to Bartending such as being able to work in intense and fast paced environment and working with a team. As well as military training, social skills were developed through the UOTC with time spent in the officer's mess and other functions such as a Spring Ball. Here I learnt to socialise with peers, officers and visitors to the unit. .
