The thing I like the most in bartending is the social aspect. Everyday you meet new people, new personalities. Regular guests tell me often about their problems and deceptions: it gives me the feeling that they trust me, that they care about my presence. Always stay humble and be prepared to learn new things everyday ! That's my definition of a good bartender. And that's probably the way to become once one of the best.
