Experienced hospitality professional with over 10 years in the industry, starting as a barista in Italy before progressing into high-volume cocktail bars in London. Currently Head Bartender at Cahoots Postal Office, where I have been leading the bar for almost 2 years since its opening. I specialise in creating cocktails with and without homemade ingredients, designing prep plans based on sales, managing all spirits orders, controlling stock, and running daily bar operations. Previously worked as Bar Manager for a new opening bar, leading the team and organising all bar systems and operations. Trained at European Bartender School (Dublin) in 2017. I am hard-working, a fast learner, calm under pressure, and strong in people and team leadership.
