I'm an enthusiastic and a challenge taker that deeply love this beautiful job. Work in a cocktail bar is what I want to do for the rest of my life. Always hungry to learn something new and fascinated by this incredible world of cocktails.

I moved in London in November 2019 and I quickly started to work Like a bartender in a very busy cocktail bar. After few months I became a supervisor and act as a direct line manager. As a supervisor I help manager to take care about team organised and check their job, make sure that service was always in line of our quality standards. In june 2021 I decided to come on board in incognito cocktail bar. I started as a bartender but I had been immediately promoted as bar manager and took over an old managment in a new opening cocktail bar. My main goal as bar manager was to Reorganise the whole bar and create a way to make life easier for everyone. The best challenge ever was to create a prep shedule from scratch in based of the selling. I was in charge of Stock counting, placing orders, making interviews, making rota and supporting the team. On january 2022 I started working as a Bartender in Cahoots, one of the most renomated cocktail bar in central London. In 2017 I have attended a bartending course at EBS (European Bartender School - Dublin), the best and most recognized bartending school in the industry. I've got a lot of expierence in hospitality. I'm an enthusiastic, hardworker and a challenge taker. I am fast learner, good at problem solving, I am multitasking, I know how to manage stressful situations but my main skills are the personal skills as I am very good with people.
