Hello, I'm Benjamin.
I am a passionate and confident Bartender from Melbourne, although based in Australia I enjoy travelling and discovering new places, food and most importantly cocktails. My favourite spirit to work with is gin.
Now that I have completed EBS I am looking for somewhere that will allow me to expand my previously learnt knowledge of bartending. My previous work experience allowed me to allowed me to learn from a renowned sommelier, this gave me a newfound appreciation for fine wines and gave me a basic bartending background. Travelling to Spain and completing EBS strengthened my knowledge of spirits, cocktails and mixology. I have also learnt basic hygiene and OHS procedures throughout my education and work experience. Throughout previous employment I have cemented myself as a reliable and enthusiastic worker and I believe travelling to Spain displayed that I have passion and drive to become an excellent bartender.
