Hello, I'm Alex.
I am 31 years old, originally from Lake Como, Italy. I’ve spent 10 years in hospitality covering roles as a Barista, Commis de Rang, Bartender and lately manager position.
I’m working in hospitality since 2010, in the meantime I was studying I started to appreciate the world of bartending, in the following years I moved to milan where I was a barista during the day and bartender on the week end, my passion for this role grew up and i stepped up when I got hired at Royal Caribbean international cruise lines where I became a proper and professional senior bartender at 26 years old. After cruises I decided to back to study in Las Vegas and I joined EBS in 2017, after an amazing month I moved straight to Uk where cocktail bar are really improve and skills are appreciated, I spent 3 years there covering bartender and head bartender position in luxury restaurants. Nowadays I’m a manager at Lido di Bellagio beach club in Lake Como, my own town, COVID brought me back at home but I’m keen to travel and improve my self again.
