I am a young chef graduated with the Federal Capacity Certificate (AFC). I was trained in the preparation of different kinds of food in the context of Sports Center facilities hosting atheltes for intense training camps and have several years of professional experience in Swiss restaurants. I was able to gain valuable experience with stays in England and America to improve my English. Also I diversified my professional experience working for a season in Zermatt as "Carpenter, painter and handshaper" in the snowpark of Zermatt and for a short time as a barman .
