After have spent my all professional life in the restaurant business I decided to change field and to become a bartender, to better specialize myself and open my career to different possibilities. My goal is now to become an extremely good bartender in order to be able to work behind the best counter in the entire world. I worked in Italy, London, Spain, Copenhagen, USA.
