Hard Work

Hello, I'm Casper.

I am a passionate, quick learning and thorough bartender, who cares for the whole experience for the costumer. Beside that i always welcome new challenges with a smile, hard work and a creative mindset.

From my past i have gotten use to cleaning and handling costumers, in my 3 years of kitchen experince. And also as a lifeguard for a festival, have i gotten experience in handling drunk costumers, both in terms as first aid, but also handling the costumer in a calm and relaxed way, so there will be a higher chance of avoiding heathed arguments. I have attended the Danish championship in Innovation. Which, together with my kitchen experience, gives me a baggrund for creating new cocktails, because of my understading of combined tastes. The innovative part of me, have thought myself to be a very thorough person. This come out when i am to present work that i have created. In which i always try to know as much as possible about what i do, so that when i talk with people about it, i can always tell the whole story, and the stories behind it. This showed itself very helpfull, in the EBS Barcelona cocktail competion, where me and my team, got a second place. At last i am a Yellow WFA Tin, and working to become orange tin ATM.
