Working as head bartender in Bollnäs Sweden at an resturant/nightclub/cocktail bar. Im in charge of everything from ordering everything to the bar and setting up cocktail menus. From all the places i worked in i take always something new with me but the two things i always i take with me is how is the bar setup is it something we can do to make it go faster?. The other thing is i take with me always is you need to have fun at work, make a joke once in a while that makes the team better and more like a family. I have a very good memory people say i hope i do and i know over 200 drinks both classic and new ones in my head ad that helps me when i create my cocktail menus. I alwys have a goal to learn more and more to evolve myshelf thats why i like to work clean, fast and happy. I like to work much and always on time and that is why the owners can trust me beacuse i hate making misstakes.
