I worked in a pub near Milan for one year serving different types of beer and cocktails, usually working on the floor in direct contact with costumers. I also had to do barman/bartender and bar back roles during the night; able to do guarnish, stocks, and easy cocktails. I moved in London two months ago to improve my skills in bartending and I'm actually working as bar back in Skylon, a famous restaurant/grill/bar placed in Southbank Center. Now I want to make new experiences in different bars of London.
