Hello, I'm Marco Rubini, I came from Italy but now I'm leaving in Amsterdam. I like to define myself as a curious and proactive person. I'm excited to learn and I really love to share my knowledge with the others.
I started my work career in the bar world about 3 years ago as helper. I have matured in Malta my most significant work experience where I had the opportunity to work with professional staffs, giving me captivating and constructive experiences, which helped me to create a classical work style but open to new trends. I moved to Amsterdam because it is one of the most important European capitals in creating and developing new trends within the bar sector. Always looking for new stimulants and innovatives experiences.
