After my EBS bartender course I have worked for two companies in South- Africa. There I worked as a bartender. Currently I work at bar Lempicka. Here I work as a waitress, bartender and a shiftleader. I have a lot of different responsibilities. I have to count the sales volume, I have to coordinate the staff, I need to make sure that everything that the kitchen serves looks good and I am a contact point for the guests.
