Working in hospitality industry was my first job, and I'm still enjoying being involved. I have worked in hotels and other hospitality venues through Estonia, USA, Spain, Ireland and on cruise ships, where I have learned about cultures and the industry particularly. Being the part of several international teams helped me to learn more about people, being adaptable for new environments, and becoming more confident. Regarding the guest service, I always stay positive, trying to help every guest by providing personal service and finding individual solutions.
