Hello, I'm fabio.

My name's Fabio Sponchiado, I come from Italy, Venice, and now I live in Barcelona, I speak currently english, spanish and italian. About me, I'm posive,love to work with the team, passione for bartending world.

The story of my work journey started when I was fifteen years between bar in the summer season and in the school season (in the weekend) in the kitchen and artisan pastry till eighteen. After diploma I took a flight and I flew in Cambridge(UK), Why Cambridge? Because firstly I went to school for learned English and after six moths I started to work after school. The relevant experience in Cambridge was Jamie's Italian Cambridge from Jamie Oliver ( now permantly closed) like barback/barman. After four years I flew in Berlin four one year and after In Vienna where I worked like Bartender for Grand Hotel Vienna 5GL for another year. I came back in Italy for four years, in which I decided to go back to the bartending books with different course between seasons (summer and winter) from the alps to the Italian beaches. Again I took another flight for Dubai where I worked for one year and half like bartender for Cipriani Restaurant, really good experience. After that I came in Italy because I had the opportunity to work for Trattoria Agli Amici, Relais chateau restaurant with three stairs michelin, excellent and tough experience but I could learn a lot of knowledge in terms of wine and spirits and of course in food. I decided to take a Bartending certificate and I flew in Barcelona where after that I choosed to stay here, leaned the language and worked in the city, of course I restarted my carrers as barback in Soho house because I didn't speak spanish but after six moths, they promoted me as Bartender. Now I want a new challenge, grow up, improve my carrers and do it in the best place.
