Hello, I'm Heidrun.
I'm a hardworking, open minded, sarcastic and funny Icelandic girl looking to expand my world and get out of that one island in the north atlantic ocean and do what I love, bartending.
My first bar job was at T.G.I Friday's believe it or not. Since then I moved venues and now I work as Bar Manager at a 5 star restaurant in the center of Reykjavík, there I make my own craft cocktails, chat with the costumers and meet new people everyday. I have experiences in management positions, having worked as a shift and store manager in most of my previous jobs. Bartending in my passion and I take it seriously.
