Hello, I'm Francois.
I am a cocktail bartender with experience working in restaurants and bars. I am customer driven and will do anything to make sure my clients are satisfied with their experience. I studied at European Bartender School in Amsterdam.
I have worked in 3 bars since I finished my bartender course. Currently, I am the head barman at Bloo Bistro World Café, a trendy, upmarket restaurant/bar/nightclub situated in the heart of The Garden Route, Knysna, Western Cape. I am a people's person and a team player but I am also able to work alone. I work well under pressure and always strive to provide the best possible customer experience. I am passionate about my career and the"bartending" lifestyle, I am a natural leader and have the ability to communicate well with fellow workers and guests.
