Passionate and motived french bartender, started 4years ago after a professional retraining. I want to put a profite on my personal skills, broaden new skills, and I will be happy to discover new horizons.
Ebs graduations in pocket, I worked in the bar of St Barthélémy hotel. The Caribbean, the pleasure of offering an exceptional service, working with premium spirit and ingredients, while going foot in the sand. Following this experience, I'm responsable for the bar of a big hotel near Chamonix. Cocktails bar and send bar, I was able to work on all the classics and signature cocktails, my speed of execution and smile. As the head bartender, I work on my creativity by making the cocktails menu, as well as my organization as a team leader. More technician, I like to produce quality cocktails while interacting with custumers.
